Driwall™ 10-025 is a 0.34 inch, “ZIG-ZAG” geometric patterned core, drainage mat designed to eliminate hydrostatic pressure from behind foundation walls, retaining walls, planters, plaza decks, and balconies. It is produced from an extruded polymer matrix of tangled monofilaments. The monofilaments are heat welded at the junctions to form a resilient structure that utilizes a (Mirafi® 140NL nonwoven geotextile) filter fabric to hold the soil or concrete away from the wall or deck and the core. A fabric is heat laminated to the surface of Driwall™ 10-025 on one side so that in one-step aggregate for drainage can be eliminated from a construction site.
